Hampton - Navigating the notes - Woman

This article describes how to navigate the woman's notes. This will show how to navigate the notes on both desktop and mobile devices. The main differences between desktop and mobile devices is how the tab structure is interacted with. Due to space the mobile version uses only icons for the tabs and uses drop downs to navigate between areas on each tab.

Log on to the Hampton Website

Tabs and Account details

  1. There are 4 tabs
    1. Home (Clicking the Hampton logo will take you back here)
    2. Observations
    3. Information
    4. Settings
  2. In the top right you can access account details and log out.


Home

  1. Welcome
    1. The welcome page is seen each time a woman access the notes. it provides the woman with important information on when to call their maternity service immediately.

  1. Contact Details
    1. These are set by the clinicians at the and provide the woman with contact details and addresses of their unit and who to call if they have problems.

Observations

  1. Blood Pressure
    1. This is where the woman enters her blood pressure results and can add any actions she has taken based on the results she has entered.

  1. Urine
    1. This is where the woman enters her urine protein results and can add any actions she has taken based on the results she has entered.

Information

  1. Leaflet Categories
    1. The clinician is able to activate leaflet categories, these may vary between hospital and the clinician can activate certain leaflets they want their women to see.

  1. Glossary
    1. K2 have provided an extensive glossary that provides the women with explanations to the most common words found during pregnancy. This is consistent across all hospitals and new words and explanations can be added by K2 on request if required.

Settings

  1. My Details
    1. This allows the woman to see the information she added on her registration form and edit anything that may need changing along with her pregnancy.


  1. Feedback
    1. This allows women to give feedback on their experiences of Hampton.

My Account


  1. Account Details
    1. This area allows the user to view and edit their account information, including the terms and conditions/data sharing consent. They are able to edit anything, except their email address, as this is used as the unique identifier on the account.


  1. Audit
    1. This allows user to see who is viewing/ adding information into their account.

  1. Logout
    1. Logs the user out of the current session and takes them back to the Hampton home page.

Technical Support

If the User perceives a problem with the system, then this should be reported to a system administrator or senior staff member, in the first instance. An adverse incident is an event that causes, or has the potential to cause, unexpected or unwanted effects involving the safety of device Users (including patients) or other persons as a result of a medical device failure or its misuse.
