Not sure of everyones thoughts but i think you should be able to link to all these headings from the booking screen and well as the main body of the notes - risk being forgotten to complete

it may be me so ill apologise now but on the initial booking screen you can only see each of the confidential safeguarding topics as read only you cant document from this screen which will mean going into the main body of the notes whereas the midwife may find this a little annoying??
Attached a screenshot - but like i say it may be me

O I see. sorry for the poor arrows (image attached), but all of the notes pages are read only in there, except the booking overview. This ensures that all of the interactions get linked specifically to the booking appointment to make it easier to report on for things like the MSDS.

Oh - perhaps just a change of workflow thing then but it has the potential to be missed i think

I have asked them to take a look at it to see what they suggest. Remember though that the midwife will need to mark the booking as complete, and at this point it would prompt to say that these wizards had not been completed.

It may be possible to ensure that the LHS buttons are interactable rather than read-only. The problem we have are that most of these observations/assessments are stored specifically as 'booking' observations/assessments and we typically expect only one instance of them at booking. The use of tables etc allow the user to create multiple observations/assessments which would confuse the ability to identify specific observation/assessment as the booking observation/assessment.
This was why the decision was made to retain the LHS buttons as read-only.
Open for further discussion.
